I got great value for my money at the Grand Hotel Orient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city center. The staff treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout my stay.

Breakfast option could be improved with better food replenishment and properly fried eggs.

We stayed for 3 nights and truly enjoyed the room, which was beautifully designed and big with a view to the danube.

A beautiful view of the Danube and mountains, spacious parking, and a tasty restaurant. I felt like a princess in the historic center.

The lovely sound of screeching chairs and booming music from the restaurant made it impossible to sleep. So peaceful!

It has particularly good and excellent location to see The Public Clock. There is a great selection of delicious food for breakfast: D

Lovely old building matching the description "grand", well preserved. Well located in quiet area near city centre and Danube promenade. Very spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet justified half the room rate. Private party mentioned, but not disruptive. Would book again if in the area.

I booked a fairly quiet room complete with coffee table as well as a large comfortable bed. The location was good and magnificent, on the seaside, I greatly enjoyed the hotel.

So I spent Thanksgiving in a nice hotel that was really well-appointed. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, with great furniture and high-quality sheets. I really appreciated the great view from my window, which was overlooking a famous river. Another advantage was the key location – it was an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the attractions in the area.

While the hotel had many good things going for it, there were also some negative aspects to my stay. The service was really slow, and it took them over an hour to get the room ready for me.

This hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the river and in the old town area. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and spacious, with good quality furniture.
